Role Summary

This position is for a telecaller who can communicate fluently in Arabic. The role involves engaging with prospective and current customers over the phone, sharing product or service details, addressing inquiries, and supporting lead generation and follow-up activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Place outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and promote products or services.
  • Respond to incoming customer calls and provide clear, accurate information.
  • Identify potential leads and assess their suitability through phone conversations.
  • Present product features, advantages, and pricing in a persuasive and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Stay in touch with interested customers and manage timely follow-ups to maintain engagement.
