Job Overview

This full-time, on-site customer service role is based in Ocala, Florida. The position focuses on handling customer orders, supporting front-line service, and assisting with basic store operations in a fast-paced food service environment.

Key Duties

• Answer incoming calls and accurately take customer orders.
• Enter orders through a keyboard or touchscreen system.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and co-workers, whether by phone or face-to-face.
• Provide friendly, outgoing service as the first point of contact for phone and carryout customers.
• Use basic arithmetic to give correct change.
• Move ingredients from the delivery area to storage, the work area, and the walk-in cooler.
• Assist with product preparation as needed.
• Clean equipment and the facility when requested.

Work Conditions

This position requires extended periods of standing, and seating is not provided for employees. Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet for long stretches.
