Role overview

This position is suited to someone who can combine customer-facing service with CAD-based technical drawing work. You will support clients directly while also helping turn requirements into practical, production-ready drawings. The role sits at the centre of the customer, sales, and production functions, so accuracy and clear communication are essential.

Key duties

  • Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional and helpful manner
  • Create technical drawings using 2D and 3D CAD tools
  • Process quotes and orders accurately, and follow up on customer questions
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to keep work moving smoothly
  • Carry out all tasks with a strong focus on safety and responsible work practices

Candidate profile

The employer is looking for a customer-oriented person with a technical approach and practical CAD capability. Strong written and verbal communication, along with close attention to detail, are important for success in this role.
