Role overview

You will support clients directly while also helping turn requirements into practical, production-ready drawings. Key duties

• Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional and helpful manner
• Create technical drawings using 2D and 3D CAD tools
• Process quotes and orders accurately, and follow up on customer questions
• Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to keep work moving smoothly
• Carry out all tasks with a strong focus on safety and responsible work practices

Candidate profile
