About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team dedicated to providing valuable waste and recycling solutions. In this role, you will interact with residential, business, and council clients to handle a wide range of inquiries, ensuring their needs are met effectively and they feel well-supported.
Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact and representative for our customers, your duties will include resolving customer concerns by collaborating with various internal teams. This involves tasks such as raising work orders, supporting customer onboarding, and coordinating with drivers, among other dynamic activities. The role guarantees variety with no two days being the same.
Skills and Experience
Candidates should have prior experience engaging with business clients in customer care or support roles, preferably with familiarity handling Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Experience using Salesforce is advantageous. Thriving in a fast-paced, cooperative team setting is important.
