Role Overview
The Customer Service Officer position is a full-time, onsite role located in Sunshine Coast, Queensland. This role entails managing customer communications across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing precise information about Crompton Concepts' traffic planning offerings. Key duties include handling customer requests and feedback, collaborating with internal departments to resolve queries promptly, and maintaining comprehensive records of customer engagements. Additionally, the Officer supports project communications, tracks necessary approvals and documentation, and ensures clients remain well-informed and confident during the planning stages. The role also involves aiding continuous enhancements of customer service procedures while upholding the company's principles of honest and dependable support.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective rapport-building and clear communication with a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service/support, preferably within technical or project environments.
- Strong dedication to maintaining high customer satisfaction and fostering a positive client experience.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, time management, and meticulous record keeping.
- Confident oral and written communication skills in English (en_US).
- Availability to work full-time onsite in Sunshine Coast, QLD, and effectively engage within a small-team setting.
- Basic knowledge of traffic management or infrastructure projects is preferred, along with eagerness to learn industry-related concepts.
- Competency with standard office software such as email platforms, spreadsheets, and CRM systems; ability to learn new tools efficiently.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles coupled with a strong commitment to integrity, dependability, and problem-solving.
