Typical Responsibilities

• Communicating with patients and referrers by phone to clarify billing issues and offer support for outstanding accounts.
• Providing assistance to clinics with Medicare billing questions ensuring smooth and accurate process execution.
• Monitoring account statuses, professionally managing overdue debts, and ensuring prompt receipt or follow-up of payments.
• Collaborating with internal teams to support colleagues and offer backup during busy periods.
• Maintaining accurate records, handling incoming correspondence, and ensuring a well-organized and professional workspace.
