Become a vital part of Community Bank Goolwa & District by joining Bendigo Bank as a Customer Service Officer. This role empowers you to lead our customer service efforts, providing personalized assistance to help customers reach their financial objectives. Key Responsibilities

- Be the primary representative of the branch, handling transactions, cash, inquiries, and document assistance with a strong focus on risk management.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a customer service environment with a track record of meeting targets.
- Meticulous attention to detail ensuring secure and precise transactions, maintaining a risk-conscious approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication both face-to-face and via telephone.

- Previous banking or finance experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Additional Information
This is a permanent full-time role based onsite at Community Bank Goolwa & District, with a roster of 76 hours per fortnight.
