Role Overview
This permanent full-time position is based in Wyong on the Central Coast, New South Wales. The role places you at the front line of customer contact, where you will support customers and the municipal council by phone and email while also handling key administrative work.
What You Will Do
- Act as the initial contact point for customer enquiries and service requests.
- Provide courteous and professional support to customers over phone and email.
- Carry out day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, copying, and data entry.
- Build productive relationships with internal support teams and external stakeholders to help meet customer expectations.
- Keep records accurate and make sure end-to-end processes are followed correctly in line with company procedures and finance deadlines.
About You
To succeed in this position, you should bring prior experience in customer service or administration, along with strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills. You should be comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, take initiative, and be able to work with limited supervision.
