Role Overview
Join a national professional services firm with over 250 employees as a Customer Service Officer within the Trustee Operations team. This full-time contract role is focused on supporting Indigenous trust beneficiaries through handling a substantial volume of communications, processing distribution applications accurately, and facilitating access to appropriate assistance and advice.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage daily with beneficiaries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Efficiently and accurately process applications related to trust distributions.
- Respond to inquiries and direct individuals to suitable professional guidance.
- Provide administrative support as necessary.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in a high-volume contact centre or customer service environment.
