About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists within a dynamic and positive Customer Service team for a motivated and highly skilled individual passionate about delivering quality service in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary, full-time position for a six (6) month term contract, involving 35 hours of work per week.
Your New Role
As a focused customer service team member, you will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, providing essential assistance to community members with a diverse range of requests. Key duties include offering guidance to both internal and external customers, managing call centre operations, processing applications and requests, providing timely feedback on unresolved issues, and handling cash transactions including receipting and reconciliation.
What You Will Need To Succeed
To excel in this role, you will require substantial previous experience in customer service and/or administration relevant to the position. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, alongside excellent time management abilities. The capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is also crucial.
Additional Information
Remuneration is $2,582.98 gross per fortnight, with the potential to advance to $3,099.58 gross per fortnight, plus a 12% superannuation contribution. Please note that pay rates for employees aged 15-18 are determined by Clause 32 of the Local Government (State) Award 2023, concerning Junior and Trainee Employment.
