About the role

This role is for a Client Success Specialist with a company that supports B2B organizations through demand generation services. You will work with clients from different industries, helping ensure they receive a smooth, responsive, and high-quality experience. The position is remote within the APAC region and is structured as a contract engagement.

Hiring process

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Make sure services and solutions are delivered on time and aligned with client goals.
  • Share updates on monthly and quarterly initiatives with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Spot opportunities for growth within assigned territory and work with sales teams to support expansion targets.
  • Handle difficult client requests and resolve escalations when needed.
  • Support administrative and operational work such as data entry, internal system updates, and schedule coordination.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships, ideally in hospitality, client success, or sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with solid interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced setting while juggling multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Empathy and a clear understanding of client needs.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
