Job description

Role Overview

This opening is for a customer service executive supporting a mutual fund process for Kotak Mahindra Bank. The position is based in Thane and focuses on assisting customers across voice and non-voice channels.

What You Will Do

You will manage inbound customer interactions by phone, email, and chat, and help resolve questions related to mutual fund products and services. The role also requires handling customer issues professionally and ensuring a smooth support experience.

Eligibility

  • A graduate degree is mandatory.
  • Applicants with prior experience are preferred.
  • Candidates should be between 20 and 30 years of age.
  • Strong English communication skills are required.
  • No education or employment gap longer than 6 months is permitted.

Compensation

The salary offered is up to INR 4.5 LPA CTC, depending on interview performance. The listed annual pay range is INR 2,75,000 to INR 4,50,000.

Shift and Weekly Off

This is a rotational day-shift role. Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a 9-hour shift schedule. The employee will receive 8 rotational offs per month.
