Role overview
Culligan Water Ireland is hiring a Customer Service Executive for its Ballymount, County Dublin location. This is a permanent full-time position, with employment subject to a six-month probationary period. The salary is €30,000 per year, paid on a monthly basis.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and will be expected to deliver a courteous, efficient, and helpful experience across phone, email, and live chat channels. The role involves supporting customers with orders, resolving concerns, and representing the company’s water solutions in a positive and professional way.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer queries quickly and in a professional manner.
- Support order processing and day-to-day customer account management.
- Work through customer complaints and service issues to reach effective resolutions.
- Develop and nurture positive long-term relationships with customers.
- Work closely with internal teams so customer needs are addressed promptly.
- Identify suitable opportunities to offer additional services or products when relevant.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Look for practical ways to strengthen service quality and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a good approach to working with people.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting ability.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Comfort working in a busy environment while balancing several tasks at once.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Positive, service-oriented attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers.
- Experience in the water or beverage sector is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to CRM systems would be beneficial.

Additional information
