Role overview

Culligan Water Ireland is hiring a Customer Service Executive for its Ballymount, County Dublin location. This is a permanent full-time position, with employment subject to a six-month probationary period. The salary is €30,000 per year, paid on a monthly basis.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and will be expected to deliver a courteous, efficient, and helpful experience across phone, email, and live chat channels. The role involves supporting customers with orders, resolving concerns, and representing the company’s water solutions in a positive and professional way.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer queries quickly and in a professional manner.
  • Support order processing and day-to-day customer account management.
  • Work through customer complaints and service issues to reach effective resolutions.
  • Develop and nurture positive long-term relationships with customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams so customer needs are addressed promptly.
  • Identify suitable opportunities to offer additional services or products when relevant.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Look for practical ways to strengthen service quality and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a good approach to working with people.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting ability.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Comfort working in a busy environment while balancing several tasks at once.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers.
  • Experience in the water or beverage sector is an advantage.
  • Prior exposure to CRM systems would be beneficial.

Additional information

This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis and includes a six-month probation period. The position is located in Ballymount, Co. Dublin. The working pattern is Monday to Friday during daytime hours.
