Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online marketplaces.
- Provide assistance with order placement, delivery tracking, returns, refunds, and product details.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with logistics and other internal departments to facilitate quick problem resolution.
Requirements
- Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Basic familiarity with computer usage.
- Ability to remain patient and employ strong problem-solving techniques.
- Prior experience in e-commerce customer support is advantageous.
