About the Role

We are looking for a diligent Customer Service Executive to join our team at Nutrija Life Sciences in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. This role involves managing various forms of customer communication and ensuring smooth handling of orders and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online marketplaces.
• Provide assistance with order placement, delivery tracking, returns, refunds, and product details.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with logistics and other internal departments to facilitate quick problem resolution.

Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Basic familiarity with computer usage.
• Ability to remain patient and employ strong problem-solving techniques.
• Prior experience in e-commerce customer support is advantageous.
