Customer Service Consultant - Milford Sound

About the Role

Piopiotahi (Milford Sound) offers a unique allure that draws visitors eager to experience its natural marvels. This position places you as the first welcoming face for guests, managing their check-in process, facilitating sales of Milford Sound Experience tours and excursions, and helping ensure each visitor enjoys a memorable day.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily passenger manifests for vessels, handling flight bookings via fixed-wing planes or helicopters to Queenstown, and collaborating with vessel Team Leaders to guarantee all necessary departure documents are prepared.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service at check-in and throughout their visit.
• Sell tickets for cruises and promote additional experiences within the business.
• Organize daily manifests for vessel departures and bookings for air travel.
• Work closely with vessel Team Leaders to ensure seamless departures with proper documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Proactive communicator who anticipates guest needs while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Efficient time manager with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Language skills in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean are advantageous.
