You will support the smooth day-to-day running of the shop, help maintain high standards across the store, and handle betting transactions accurately and professionally.
The role also includes opening and closing the business, and you may occasionally be asked to take charge of shop operations. It is suited to someone who enjoys a busy retail setting, works well with others, and is keen to develop within the company.

- Process bets correctly and efficiently through betting terminals and in-store EPOS systems, following the required procedures.
- Represent the brand positively and introduce customers to digital and multi-channel products and journeys.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and high-quality shop presentation throughout the working day.
- Follow all required safety, compliance, operational, and social responsibility procedures at all times.
- Work calmly under pressure while continuously looking for ways to improve performance and service.
- Promote the company’s in-store and online products and services.

- Interest in sport and sporting events is beneficial.
- Organised, dependable, and able to solve problems creatively.
- Strong cash-handling skills.
