Job Summary

The Customer Service, General Labourer will perform daily on-site duties to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, while maintaining a clean work environment. This role is based in Martensville, SK, and requires adherence to the company's safety program and active participation as a team member.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, permanent position with a work schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to all SECURE safety policies, procedures, and site-specific safety requirements.
• Participate in all safety meetings, including daily tailgates and last-minute risk assessments.
• Provide customer service and perform basic computer tasks.
• Process vehicles within the shop.
• Drain fluids from vehicles.
• Pull parts from vehicles.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Operate and maintain all power and small tools.
• Clean, lubricate, and fuel equipment, and perform general site housekeeping.
• Report any required equipment maintenance to the supervisor or repair shop.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Customer service skills with basic computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
• Previous experience working on vehicles.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools.
• Forklift experience is an asset but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Capacity to multitask in a high-paced setting.
• Punctuality and dependability.
• Must be fit for work each day.
