Customer Sales & Service Representative - Repco Ingham

About the Role

This position is a customer-facing retail and trade sales role focused on delivering a strong experience for Repco shoppers across in-store, phone, and online channels. You will support the sale of aftermarket automotive products while helping maintain a safe, well-presented store environment.

Key Duties

• Work with a strong safety mindset to protect yourself, teammates, and customers.
• Deliver friendly, genuine service that creates a positive experience for customers.
• Use customer service skills to support store sales outcomes.
• Keep the showroom looking professional through high merchandising and presentation standards.
• Handle stock movements, including receiving, dispatching, and storing inventory.

Role Requirements
