Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) - Field Sales

Overview

AMS, a paint company, is hiring a Customer Relationship Officer for field sales in Rajkot, India. The role focuses on growing business in the local market, strengthening channel relationships, and improving product visibility and sales performance across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Work toward assigned sales goals and broader business targets.
• Support market expansion through local promotional and sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers, contractors, and distributors.
• Increase network reach and enhance product availability and placement.
• Partner with channel stakeholders to drive commercial growth.
• Visit the market regularly and stay connected with customers.
• Track competitor movements, including pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Encourage range selling and improve the overall product mix in assigned accounts.

Eligibility and Experience

• Applicants should hold a graduate degree.
• Relevant experience of 6 months to 5 years is preferred in field sales, project sales, retail sales, FMCG sales, consumer durables, building materials, paints, or similar industries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are required.

Additional Information

This position is based in Rajkot and is intended for field-based sales work. The compensation range provided for the role is INR 1,00,000 to INR 6,00,000 per year.
