About the Role

This position is for a Recruiter who is fluent in English and enjoys working in a fast-moving, high-volume recruitment setting. The role suits someone who can build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage full-cycle hiring, and consistently deliver strong recruitment outcomes while contributing to a supportive team culture.

What You Will Do

  • Handle the complete recruitment process for several roles across the Sub-Saharan region while meeting agreed service levels, performance goals, and quality expectations.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition colleagues to understand hiring needs and provide practical recruitment guidance.
  • Run vacancy intake meetings to define role needs, sourcing approaches, timelines, and selection steps.
  • Coordinate with sourcing and administration teams to ensure a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Represent the employer brand by screening candidates thoroughly, keeping them engaged, and ensuring they are well matched before submission.
  • Manage candidates from first contact through offer stage and onboarding.
  • Support hiring decisions, including offer discussions, negotiation, and candidate closure.
  • Track recruitment funnel performance and take action where delays or bottlenecks appear.
  • Maintain accurate information in ATS/CRM systems and follow required compliance standards.
  • Build dependable working relationships and help improve recruitment delivery processes over time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a high-volume or RPO setting.
  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships well.
  • Comfort handling multiple openings and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience recruiting across more than one African country.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM platforms and recruitment tools.
  • A strong focus on accuracy, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Ability to guide and influence hiring managers using market knowledge and recruitment best practices.
  • Useful additional experience includes working in an RPO model, reporting on funnel metrics, using recruitment analytics, supporting talent pooling, and recruiting for oil & gas roles.
  • Candidates who do not meet every listed requirement but bring strong potential and relevant skills are still encouraged to apply.
