Customer Relationship Manager - Real Estate

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our real estate team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This position involves professionally managing customer interactions from booking through possession, ensuring top-notch service throughout the process. Female candidates are preferred for this role. The salary offered ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers after booking.
• Provide timely updates on project progress and payment status to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously and promptly.
• Coordinate efficiently with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Site teams.
• Ensure smooth management of registration, possession, and handover procedures.
• Keep customer documents and CRM records accurate and up-to-date.
• Follow up on pending payments and necessary documentation.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Prepare daily reports and update management as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed graduation degree.
• Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate CRM or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and basic spoken and written English.
• Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel.
• Smart personality with positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Strong follow-up and coordination capabilities.
• Preference given to candidates residing in Raipur or nearby areas.
