Role Overview
The Customer Relationship Manager will focus on establishing and nurturing strong connections with prospective and current clients. The role involves understanding clients' aspirations and advising on appropriate international education and overseas employment options, while ensuring superior customer experience throughout the engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound client enquiries effectively.
- Provide counselling on overseas study programs and career opportunities abroad.
- Conduct persistent follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with admissions, processing, and operations departments to streamline client processes.
- Keep detailed records and generate reports within the CRM system.
- Ensure exemplary customer service delivery and meet established conversion objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication abilities, including moderate proficiency in English.
- Skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Customer service focus with problem-solving aptitude.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree. Applicants who are fresh graduates or possess up to one year of experience in customer service, sales, counselling, BPO, client relationship, or education consultancy roles are encouraged to apply.

- Compensation: 28,000 to 35,800 INR monthly, amounting to an annual salary between 3.4 and 4.3 lakhs.
