About the Role
Golden Refrigeration Co. is hiring a diligent and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager to oversee the entire back office functions at our BOSCH Service Centre in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals and timely follow-ups
- Providing customer relationship management and support
- Monitoring and pursuing outstanding payments
- Scheduling and booking service calls efficiently
- Assigning tasks to technicians and conducting daily progress reviews
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring resolution
- Preparing MIS reports, entering data, and managing documentation
- Coordinating office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in an AC or home appliance service centre is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email handling, and basic computer operations
- Demonstrated ability to follow up persistently and work autonomously
Salary & Location
The offered compensation ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month based on experience. The position is based in Kolkata, West Bengal.
