Overview

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive based in Pune, Maharashtra, to manage and expand relationships with real estate dealers, brokers, channel partners, and property consultants. The role focuses on building and maintaining a robust database of active dealers, nurturing professional contacts, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and compile information on real estate dealers, brokers, channel partners, and property consultants.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive database of engaged dealers and real estate agents.
• Introduce company projects to dealers and cultivate professional partnerships.
• Arrange meetings, project presentations, and follow-up communications with channel partners.
• Maintain detailed records of dealer interactions, leads, and business prospects using CRM or relevant software.
• Prepare and update dealer reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Assist sales and marketing teams in generating leads.
• Monitor dealer performance and track referral business metrics.
• Perform market research to discover potential new dealers and real estate networks.
• Ensure routine communication with dealers about project developments, promotional offers, and new schemes.
