Role Summary
This position focuses on managing and enhancing customer relationships through maintaining updated databases, executing marketing campaigns, and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly update comprehensive customer databases including contacts, preferences, and purchase histories.
- Plan and implement marketing outreach via email, SMS, and telephonic campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Monitor and track customer interactions along with sales-related activities.
- Identify customers who are at risk of disengagement and undertake appropriate retention measures.
- Exhibit strong computer skills to effectively manage tasks.
