About the Role
ICICI Lombard seeks a Customer Relationship Executive to engage in digital sales focused on lead generation through 100% outbound voice calls. This full-time position operates from Vashi, Mumbai, with a structured shift from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM totaling 9.5 hours daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound voice calls to generate leads in the digital sales domain.
- Maintain clear and persuasive communication to effectively engage potential customers.
Requirements
- Must have completed graduation.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Demonstrated convincing and persuasive abilities.
Salary and Working Conditions
- Monthly in-hand salary ranging between ₹16,000 and ₹27,000.
- Five working days per week, complemented by two rotational weekly offs.
Interview Process
- Initial Human Resources round.
- Follow-up round with the Operations Manager.
