Job Overview
The Customer Relations Officer is essential in delivering an exceptional experience to club members by establishing strong connections, managing inquiries and complaints professionally, and advocating for premium service offerings. This role demands personalized interaction, timely issue resolution, and efforts to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.
Primary Duties
- Serve as the main contact for club members, responding to queries and concerns with courtesy and understanding.
- Welcome members warmly and assist them individually to ensure a smooth service experience.
- Encourage members to upgrade their memberships, reserve classes, and explore premium options.
- Address member complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring follow-ups for satisfactory resolution.
- Support membership processes including onboarding, renewals, cancellations, and account administration.
- Maintain up-to-date and secure member records, safeguarding privacy.
- Coordinate effectively with sales, wellness, and operations teams to streamline member services.
- Support promotional campaigns by highlighting events, deals, and programs.
- Conduct club tours for potential members, showcasing premium facilities and offerings.
- Recommend tailored services to enhance individual member experiences.
- Develop strong member connections to understand wellness objectives, boosting engagement and retention.
- Identify members at risk of discontinuing and implement measures to improve their experience.
