Singapore Pools (Pte) Ltd, founded by the government on 23 May 1968, provides secure and reputable betting services to discourage illegal gambling. Operating as a not-for-profit entity, it supports various social, community, sports, arts, education, and healthcare initiatives through contributions to the Tote Board. Since 2004, over $5 billion has been directed towards these causes, alongside an annual contribution of about $2 billion in taxes to the Government. Singapore Pools is recognized for its responsible gaming practices with the highest Level 4 certification by the World Lottery Association since 2012. Job Purpose

Under the supervision of the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager, this role involves carrying out sales operations and managing prize claim processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales activities at the betting counter involving betting products.
• Handle prize claim procedures for winning tickets efficiently.
• Facilitate Singapore Pools account services including application, top-ups, and withdrawals.
• Respond to customer inquiries and deliver appropriate information.
• Support supervisors in maintaining cleanliness of the betting hall and managing orderly queues.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least secondary education with experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Background in retail or food & beverage service preferred.
• Familiarity with PC usage.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
