About the Role
Businesses of all sizes depend on Google's superior advertising solutions to expand in today’s evolving marketing landscape. As a Customer Onboarding Strategist, you will bring enthusiasm for sales, understanding of online media, and a dedication to supporting customer achievements. You take ownership, adapt quickly to changes, and devise innovative and strategic approaches that generate outstanding and incremental results for both Google and its clients. Building trusted partnerships, you identify customers' business needs and convert them into effective solutions aimed at accomplishing their most ambitious objectives. You will collaborate with sales teams, help shape advertising's future in the AI age, and impact millions of companies and billions of users who rely on Google.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of new customers to ensure their sustained success throughout their digital advertising journey with Google.
- Meet assigned customer objectives by prioritizing and providing a superior onboarding experience.
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Program teams to execute smooth customer transitions.
- Engage directly with customers to guarantee seamless onboarding, as well as upselling and cross-selling of Google’s platforms and solutions.
- Communicate proactively with customers through phone, chat, and email channels, offering expert guidance to optimize their advertising returns by adopting consultative strategies and fostering long-term plans.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum two years of sales experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and training as required.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a business-related discipline.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in sales or consulting roles.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
