Our vision is to become the leading online supplier of ergonomic office chairs and height-adjustable desks in the DACH region. The position is primarily remote with an option for Zurich-based work. The role is available to start immediately or by arrangement, offering a competitive salary and up to 28 vacation days with an 80-100% work commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Care team by engaging with customers via major communication channels including live chat, email, and phone.
• Collaborate cross-functionally between logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate deliveries, and effective post-delivery customer support.
• Work mainly remotely while maintaining frequent daily communication with team leadership and colleagues, some also working remotely.

Qualifications and Skills

• Several years of experience in online retail, office furniture industry, or customer service roles.
• Native-level fluency in German; English proficiency is considered advantageous.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and respectfully with both customers and team members.
• Comfortable and confident with digital tools and IT-related topics, navigating the digital environment with ease.
