Customer Experience Specialist (Fresher)

Role overview

This is a full-time, permanent customer service position based in Chandigarh. You will support customers with issues related to online purchases, account access, identity checks, security concerns, and order assistance. The role is centered on being the first human touchpoint for customer help and delivering reliable, high-quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries over phone, chat, and email.
• Use internal tools to look up information and provide solutions quickly.
• Support identity verification and account security-related issues when required.
• Spot possible fraud or security risks that could affect the customer experience.
• Resolve customer problems independently without relying on scripts.
• Handle account, shopping, and purchase-order issues with professionalism.

Work environment and schedule

You will work from an office environment and spend most of your shift at a desk assisting customers through digital and voice channels. The workplace is climate-controlled and business-casual attire is suitable. Shifts run across Monday to Sunday and may include late-night, overnight, early-morning, afternoon, weekend, and overtime schedules.

Training and support

No prior customer service experience is required. The employer provides onboarding support, role training, a complete equipment package, and continued learning opportunities. Additional employee support programs and resource groups are also available.

Eligibility and application conditions

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of 10+2 / 12th grade is required.
• Both freshers and candidates with experience may apply.

Compensation

The offered pay range is INR 2,53,000 to INR 3,60,000 per year.
