Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will enjoy a challenging and proactive role assisting customers. Your primary focus will be delivering timely and effective support for MYOB's Tax products to Accountants and Accounting Practices via phone and email. Training, mentoring, and support will be provided to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive, high-quality technical and application support to customers across Australia and New Zealand for various products and modules.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product Specialists, Development Teams, and Support Teams.
- Consistently meet and surpass key performance indicators aligned with your responsibilities.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably possess technical knowledge or experience in SaaS or supporting IT products.
- Skilled in troubleshooting applications and workflow issues.
- Familiarity with accounting software products is advantageous.
- Team-oriented with a cooperative approach when working with colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and empathy to build rapport via voice, chat, or email.
- A proven history of achieving results aligned with organizational goals.
