Role overview
Padlet is looking for a Customer Experience Associate in Singapore to deliver high-quality support and help improve the overall customer journey.
What you will do
- Resolve customer questions and issues through phone and email communication.
- Maintain a very high standard of support while handling customer conversations.
- Track, document, and coordinate product bugs and feature requests with engineering teams.
- Speak up for customers by spotting recurring issues and proposing improvements to processes, policies, and products.
- Review and correct mistakes in the public Support Center and internal knowledge resources.
- Work closely with colleagues across teams to find answers and assist teammates when needed.
