Role Overview

This position combines customer care with sales. The selected candidate will support clients in Arabic and English, respond to questions and requests, and help drive sales performance while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Work toward sales goals while delivering a strong customer experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests by phone and email in both Arabic and English.
• Use clear verbal and written communication in all interactions.
• Apply active listening and strong call-handling skills to support customers effectively.
• Stay organized by managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and using time well.
• Maintain a courteous, polished, and professional attitude at all times.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through respectful communication.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience is required.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Prior sales experience will be considered an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to handle customer communication in both Arabic and English is required.
• The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about helping customers and committed to service quality.
• Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving environment is important.
• A neat, professional, and well-presented manner is expected.
