Role Overview and Responsibilities

The candidate will focus on telesales and customer care by engaging clients over the phone or email using both Arabic and English languages. The key responsibilities include meeting sales targets while maintaining quality customer service, managing customer inquiries efficiently, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication, and fostering a positive and professional working atmosphere.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong dedication to customer assistance and satisfaction.
• Proficient in handling communication with customers both verbally and in writing in Arabic and English.
• Sales experience will be a beneficial asset.
• Capable of multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced work setting.
