Join Startek as a Customer Care Executive handling inbound calls for Flipkart customers, delivering exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound voice calls from Flipkart customers with professionalism and accuracy.
• Provide precise information and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Communicate fluently in both spoken and comprehended Hindi and English.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, productivity metrics, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Excellent command of English and Hindi communication skills.
• Mandatory permanent work-from-home setup.
• Required equipment includes a laptop with at least 8 GB RAM running Windows 10 and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Open to graduates, undergraduates, freshers, and candidates with experience.
• Experienced applicants should bring at least six months of documented experience in BPO, customer service, sales, marketing, hospitality, aviation, or counseling sectors.
• Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.

Work Schedule and Additional Details

• Workweek consists of six working days with one rotational weekly off.
• Immediate joining preferred.
• Paid training provided, with mandatory certification upon completion.

Selection Process

• Initial HR interview round.
• Functional assessment round.
• Typing test requiring a minimum speed of 18 words per minute and 85% accuracy.
• Voice Versant test with a minimum level 4 requirement.

Compensation

• Fresher Salary: INR 14,200 in hand as apprentice.
• Experienced Salary: INR 17,680 to INR 18,000 CTC per month.
