About the Role

We are looking for Customer Support Associates proficient in both Bengali and English for a fully remote voice process role. The position involves addressing and resolving customer inquiries through voice calls with a focus on delivering excellent service.

Job Responsibilities

Handle and resolve customer queries via voice communications effectively.

Key Requirements

Educational qualification: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass).
Minimum 6 months experience in a BPO environment preferred, supported by offer letter, recent payslips, and release letter; freshers are also invited to apply.
Strong verbal communication in English and Bengali without significant mother tongue influence in spoken English.
Age not exceeding 40 years.

Work Conditions

24×7 rotational shift schedules with 5 working days and 2 weekly rotational off days.
Contractual employment until 31st October.

Technology and Equipment Requirements

Windows OS version 10 or 11.
Minimum 8GB RAM and Core i5 processor or higher.
Reliable internet connection with at least 20 Mbps speed (upload/download).
Power backup such as an inverter or generator.
Noise-cancelling USB headset.

Selection Process

HR video interview requiring Aadhaar for work from home verification.
Typing test to ensure 25 words per minute speed with 90% accuracy.
Final interview via Google Meet including selfie verification with Aadhaar card.

Compensation Details

Experienced candidates: Approximately ₹190,000 CTC annually (around ₹14,100 net monthly).
Freshers: Approximately ₹168,000 CTC annually (around ₹12,500 net monthly).

Mandatory Documentation

Aadhaar card with DOB.
E-Aadhaar.
PAN card.
Educational certificates (10th and 12th grades).
Experience letter, offer letter, last 3 months payslips for experienced applicants.
Also require system configuration screenshot, photo of wifi, power backup unit, internet speed test, photo of noise-cancelling headset, Aadhaar front and back images, selfie with Aadhaar, and updated CV via email.
