Job description

Role Overview

Helius Technologies is hiring a Customer Care Executive for a Singapore-based onsite role on a renewable 1-year contract. The position calls for someone who can handle customer queries, maintain service quality, and support operational accuracy in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen carefully to customer concerns, understand the root issue, and provide the most appropriate solution.
  • Handle and close at least 90% of incoming queries at first contact without needing escalation.
  • Record all case details accurately in the CRM system in line with internal process requirements.
  • Spot recurring issues and suggest process or service improvements where needed.
  • Keep up to date with changing policies so guidance shared with customers remains accurate and current.
  • Continue learning to strengthen product, process, and role-related knowledge.
  • Take part in cross-training to build capability across additional domains.
  • Manage multiple workstreams at the same time while staying effective in a dynamic, policy-driven environment.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor as required.

Experience Requirement

The role requires 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Additional Information
