Customer Care Executive - Merchant Support

About the Role

The Merchant Support Executive will serve as the initial point of contact for merchants utilizing Benow's platform. The position requires managing queries, providing assistance for digital payment solutions, and guaranteeing a seamless experience to merchant partners via inbound communications such as calls, emails, or chats.

Primary Responsibilities

• Address inbound calls and messages related to transaction concerns, onboarding, platform functionalities, or payment reconciliations.
• Provide swift, precise, and respectful customer support.
• Continuously update knowledge about Benow’s product and service offerings.
• Accurately document all merchant interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate issues beyond resolution promptly to relevant teams, ensuring regular follow-ups.
• Achieve and surpass key performance indicators, including call quality, resolution times, and customer satisfaction scores.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
• One to two years experience in voice-based customer support or helpdesk roles, preferably within fintech.
• Proficient in spoken English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages, particularly Malayalam and Tamil, is an advantage.
• Fundamental understanding of UPI, digital payment systems, and mobile applications.
• Exhibit patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability and willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends.

Compensation
