Job Overview

The role involves direct communication with customers to schedule their medical examinations mandated for the issuance of life or health insurance policies. The executive will articulate clearly the procedure involved, necessary documentation, and specifics of tests required, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients to arrange medical check-ups essential for insurance processing.
• Provide detailed explanations to customers about the required procedures and documents.
• Coordinate appointments with diagnostic facilities, home collection teams, and medical professionals.
• Ensure all appointments comply with the timelines set by the insurance providers.
• Manage customers’ rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-up communications with both clients and diagnostic partners.
• Update and maintain appointment records accurately within company systems or CRM platforms.
• Keep thorough logs of customer interactions, safeguarding data confidentiality.
• Collaborate with insurance underwriters or agency personnel to address inquiries or escalate special circumstances.
• Send reminders to customers to confirm their attendance for medical check-ups.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills to explain medical insurance procedures clearly.
• Ability to coordinate effectively among multiple stakeholders including customers, diagnostic centers, and internal teams.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 15,000 and 19,000 Indian Rupees.
