What you will do
- Place the customer at the centre of every decision and action.
- Build familiarity with customers and serve them in a friendly, professional way.
- Help keep products and services available for shoppers at all times.
- Handle stock carefully so product quality is preserved and items reach customers in the best condition.
- Maintain clean, organised shop floor and back-of-house areas.
- Use the training provided to work in line with department routines and processes.
- Follow company policies and all health and safety procedures.
- Support colleagues in other departments when business needs require it, while having a primary area of responsibility.
