Key Responsibilities
- Consistently prioritize the customer experience in all tasks and interactions.
- Develop relationships with customers to serve them with dedication and pride.
- Ensure products and services remain available to customers at all times.
- Handle merchandise carefully to maintain product quality and deliver items in optimal condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and order on the sales floor and in back areas continuously.
- Adhere to department procedures and routines, utilizing training provided.
- Follow all company policies, especially health and safety guidelines.
- Support colleagues by assisting in other departments as needed, in addition to your core duties.
Candidate Requirements
- Deliver excellent, genuine customer service, greeting and assisting customers proactively with a friendly attitude.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic in support of customers, teammates, and the department.
- Effectively prioritize tasks to ensure all actions align with customer needs.
- Be adaptable and resilient in response to dynamic business demands.
- Follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Show reliability through punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
