Role Overview

Become a valued part of New Zealand's leading mobile and digital services provider by joining as a Customer Advisor based in Auckland. As a key member of the retail store team, you will be the friendly point of contact for customers, applying your strong knowledge of products and systems to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and recommend appropriate solutions. Beyond in-store service, you may provide assistance via virtual chat and occasionally support customers at their homes. Adaptability and a positive attitude will enable you to excel across all customer interactions and support each individual on their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers in retail environment with a welcoming demeanor and expert service.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of Spark's products and systems to effectively promote sales.
• Deliver outstanding customer service tailored to diverse customer needs.
• Engage with customers through virtual chat support when required.
• Occasionally visit customers' homes to provide personalized assistance.
• Maintain a flexible approach to meet varied customer and business demands.

Candidate Profile

• Display a positive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
• Experience in retail, contact centers, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to genuinely connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Be a collaborative team player with excellent communication and the ability to work independently.
• Self-driven with clear goals; possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
