Role Overview
This part-time Customer Advisor position, based in Dubai, offers a hybrid working model combining on-site presence and remote duties. The advisor handles queries from association members and potential clients, assists with information about services and membership benefits, and strives to ensure a satisfying customer experience at all interaction points.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing phone calls, emails, and digital inquiries promptly.
- Providing fundamental counseling to clients about membership choices.
- Addressing support-related matters and escalates complex issues when needed.
- Collecting customer feedback to help boost satisfaction levels.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to support events and member programs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent customer interaction abilities focused on satisfaction and support.
- Experience in direct client communication and advising, ideally within membership or financial service sectors.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, familiar with CRM or equivalent systems.
- Adaptability to hybrid work environments, reliable in both office and remote settings.
- Basic knowledge of financial services or brokerage industries is advantageous.
- Previous roles in customer service, advisory, or account management preferred.
- Educational background in Business, Finance, Communications, or related fields (Diploma or Bachelor's) is desirable.
