About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our healthcare delivery team based in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai. This position requires providing timely and courteous assistance to customers regarding their medicine deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer calls professionally.
  • Track and communicate the status and location of medicine orders to customers.
  • Provide estimated delivery timeframes.
  • Resolve queries and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.

Working Hours and Schedule

The office hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with rotating weekly off days, meaning your weekly day off may vary each week.

Additional Information

A transport facility is available to pick you up and drop you off between the office and Juinagar Railway Station.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Polite and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Availability to work the specified shift timings with a rotating day off each week.
