Role Overview

The CSR Fundraising / Partnerships Officer will be engaged full-time from Kochi, Kerala, with opportunities for remote or hybrid arrangements depending on candidate suitability. This role entails sourcing and nurturing CSR alliances, managing donor engagement, and generating fundraising prospects to support NitroNurture's initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

Create and submit CSR proposals and presentations tailored to potential partners.
Conduct outreach to corporate entities and foundations to cultivate support and collaboration.
Coordinate fundraising campaigns and events effectively.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners and stakeholders.
Monitor and document the outcomes and impacts of various projects supported by CSR funds.
Collaborate with program teams to uncover new partnership opportunities and arrange corporate volunteering activities.
Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective and current partnerships.
Contribute to the formulation of sustainable fundraising and partnership strategies for long-term organizational growth.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in CSR, fundraising, business development, or NGO partnerships is preferred; exceptional fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged.
Demonstrated excellence in communication, networking, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proven skills in drafting proposals and managing partnerships and key stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with meticulous documentation and reporting skills.
Familiarity with CSR legislation and sustainability principles is advantageous.
Possession of a bachelor's degree in fields such as Social Work, Business Administration, Development Studies, Environmental Science, or related disciplines.
Capacity to work autonomously in remote settings while coordinating effectively with diverse teams.
Open to applicants from across India, with preference for those able to travel to Kochi for meetings, events, or partner interactions as required.
