About the Role
Dynamic Consultation Private Limited is seeking dedicated and disciplined individuals passionate about financial markets, cryptocurrency, and the US stock market for the position of Crypto and US Stock Market Analyst Trainee based in Bengaluru. This opportunity does not require previous experience as comprehensive training will be provided to selected candidates, aiming to build a fulfilling career in market analytics and trading support.
Key Responsibilities
- Track market fluctuations and trading activities continuously.
- Assist in financial market research and analysis.
- Compile reports and maintain accurate records related to trading.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures ensuring precision.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics.
- Achieve performance and assessment benchmarks during training.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Educational qualification of 12th pass, graduate, or an equivalent degree.
- Must possess a personal laptop as it is mandatory for the role.
- Strong personal discipline and dedication to the role.
- Enthusiasm to learn new concepts.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
- Good analytical thinking skills.
Training and Salary Details
- Initial Training Period: 2 months with a stipend of ₹10,000 per month.
- 3rd-month salary: ₹18,000 per month.
- After six months upon successful completion and meeting performance criteria: ₹40,000 monthly salary plus performance incentives approximately ₹20,000.
Performance Evaluation
Successful completion of evaluation and meeting performance targets within the first two months results in confirmation as a permanent employee, with the option to continue from the third month onwards. Candidates failing to meet performance standards during the training may be discontinued.
Work Schedule and Location
- Shift: 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
- Weekly fixed holidays on Saturday and Sunday.
- Minimum attendance expectation: logging in for at least 20 working days per month.
- First six months require mandatory work from office at Wind Tunnel Road, Murugeshpalya, Bengaluru.
- Post confirmation, work-from-home may be allowed depending on performance with possible return to office for business needs.
