Key Responsibilities

• Lead critical parts of the Corporate Emergency Response Plan during crisis situations to ensure effective management.
• Coordinate responses to business continuity incidents to minimize disruptions and maintain essential service operations.
• Support and improve the Corporate Business Continuity Program network-wide.
• Continuously update and adapt crisis management and business continuity strategies to remain agile within a changing environment.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization to facilitate effective resilience response planning.
• Create and deliver interactive, scenario-based training sessions to prepare teams both at the hub and across the wider network for real-life challenges.

Qualifications and Skills

• Motivated self-starter eager to take ownership and make impactful decisions during challenging circumstances.
• Possesses at least a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university.
• Experience in supporting or developing emergency management or business continuity frameworks.
• Proficiency in training and preparing teams for crisis management or disruption scenarios.
• Excellent planning and organizational capabilities with proactive anticipation of needs.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure while leading efforts.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
